For Boito, Rule of Thirds crafted a visual identity that mirrors the brand’s ethos: one that is equal parts rooted and refined. The branding balances restraint with richness—soft, earthy palettes meet editorial type, while clean grids echo the precision of weaving and the balance found in Odisha’s craft traditions.

We crafted a distinctive identity rooted in symbolism’ a powerful, minimal horse mark that speaks to strength, motion, and legacy. We paired this with a modern, graphical website and stationery that breaks away from the usual real estate clutter.

We named it Sila—a word that means boulder in Telugu. A tribute to the land’s raw strength and stillness. Every decision that followed honoured that name. Instead of constructing a brand around aspiration, we built one around presence. From the muted palette to the unhurried type, every element was designed to feel like the place itself—vast, meditative, and entirely unforced.

Our branding journey began with the terrain itself. Every decision—from the name to the colour palette, typography, and visual language was drawn from the land. Instead of glossy renders and generic poolside luxury, we crafted a brand that felt real. The hoardings became frames—inviting viewers into the world of Preserve. Through strategy, storytelling, and visual identity, we shaped The Preserve into a unique luxury community- unlike the many plotted developments you see.

Urban Ranch is a luxury villa community located in Adibatla, Hyderabad. When we stepped in, the challenge was clear: the name “Urban Ranch” held contrasting cues - one rooted in city life, the other evoking the pastoral. The visual palette and logo were minimal, but lacked emotion and persona. Our task was to bring cohesion, depth, and a sense of personality to the brand—without straying from its existing identity.
